Core
The phone as a real second counter, plus more than one line, plus analytics on. Shaped for the restaurant where the line stopped being an occasional interruption and became a load-bearing part of how the place runs — real numbers below, read live, never a placeholder.
A real second counter, not a side channel.
Every restaurant's phone rings sometimes. Core is for the ones where it rings constantly enough that nobody on staff would call it occasional — where a caller reaching the line is simply what happens most hours the kitchen is open. Another channel doing real, regular volume alongside the front door, not a backup for when someone happens to be near it.
The difference from Shield isn't really about being a bigger restaurant — it's about how load-bearing the line itself has become, and, often, about growing past one address. Core also covers more than one location under a single account, up to its own published limit — shown below — which is the other common reason a restaurant moves up from Shield even without a busier phone at any single room.
The middle plan is the common shape, not a compromise tier. Everything below comes with every plan, unchanged.
The clearest signal is an ordinary Tuesday. If most days bring a real, steady run of calls rather than a scattered few — or the account covers more than one address — minutes and locations both accumulate past what Shield is sized for.
No. The allowance is a monthly figure, not a bank — each month settles on its own total, and the next one starts fresh. That holds on every plan.
Not by itself. Occasional overage is a normal outcome of a plan sized close to real demand. The estimate runs the real arithmetic — including whether staying here with overage or moving up actually costs less at your own volume.
Whichever features show as switched on above, read live from the same catalogue — this page doesn't maintain its own separate description of what they do. If a feature isn't listed above, it isn't part of this plan.
Core sits in the middle of the rail: real, regular volume and room for more than one address, without the scale of Pro. Related: Shield, the plan below it · Pro, the plan above it · What a minute actually is — how minutes work.
